I thought this was slightly more difficult than we have seen recently, but it is still a very typical and enjoyable Monday Maestro crossword.

If you can’t work out the answer from the hint, just highlight the space within the curly brackets.

Tilsit has sneaked back to hospital for a few days – you just can’t keep him away from those nurses!  The good news is that he has already lost five stones in weight.  The bad news, for Tilsit, is that he has missed out on reviewing this puzzle.

Once again Notabilis has given us an excellent Toughie. This time it’s not as difficult as some of his earlier puzzles, but the quality shines through.

I realised that this was a Ray T puzzle very early on, but still peeked at the Quick crossword to make sure (all one-word clues!).

It’s not the toughest of Toughies from Firefly today, but nor is it a walk in the park. I enjoyed it, although I do dislike 26a which is one of those clues where you can’t know the answer until you have a checking letter.
As always comments are most welcome, and please take the time to click on one of the stars below (number five if you adored it, number one if you hated it, or somewhere in-between).
