Quite straightforward today, with only a handful at the end taking a little longer. A 2-2.5* for difficulty and 3* for enjoyment. Thanks to Jay (at least I think it’s Jay).

A bit more challenging than the usual Wednesday. Thanks to setter, and if it’s Jay, he’s turned up the difficulty a notch or two on this one. Therefore a 3-3.5* for both difficulty and enjoyment.

Another enjoyable puzzle, with only the last handful to slow down the solving pace, though after getting them, I can’t see why it was so. Thanks to setter (Jay?). Therefore a 2.5* difficulty/3* enjoyment for me. My CODs were 13 down, followed by 21 down.

Started off quite smoothly but then slowed down very fast with 4 answers to go. Almost had to get help for the last of the last, but the answer suddenly occurred to me, and later on, the explanation. Therefore at least a 3* for difficulty and another 3 for enjoyment. Thanks to setter, and if it is Jay, it’s slightly more difficult than his usual.

Quite straightforward, but enjoyable, today. Thanks to setter. A 2.5*/3* for difficulty/enjoyment. There seems to be a glitch with 2down, which I’m trying to resolve. Please bear with me. P.S. It’s a technical glitch with the software, not with the blogger! Resolved now after much trial and error – every time I typed “recent******” with a bracket in front, it would download images from the media library! Got to ask BD why, or if any of you could advise. Thanks. [It seems that “recent” preceded by a square bracket is a NextGEN gallery shortcode to show recent gallery pictures. Now fixed. BD]
