Tricky in places and very good, 3d was hard work.
Thanks Radler
Little hiccough in the display of the crossword but you can get it here: http://crypticcrosswords.net/puzzles/monthly-prize-puzzles/mpp-077/
Mrs T
That was hard work but perseverance paid off in the end. All very clever.
Thanks Radler.
Thanks Radler – still chuckling over 26a.
Also particularly liked 17a & the simple but effective 22d.
Best of all – I knew the answer!
Phew! A tough but rewarding challenge which was a lot of fun. Many thanks, Radler.
I had lots of candidates for favourite with 26a taking the accolade and 17a coming in a close second.
It has been said already but I agree, tough but rewarding. 17a and 26a up there in my opinion too but would add 2d to the podium. 5d was a nice touch too. All great so order them as you wish. I see that Radler is hoping to be at the York S&B I hope that the puzzle is no longer sub judice by then.
I am totally defeated – couldn’t get a single answer, never happened before. It is the bin. I quit.
