I thought the “cycling” was quite ingenious but what’s “carbon neutral” about it? All that carbon fibre – to say nothing of the lycra.
The location turns out to be VELODROME… a place where cycle racing is held – hence cycled answers. Carbon neutral presumably because of foot rather than oil-based power?
