A very good Sunday morning from Winnipeg –  where we have had wild swings in maximum temperatures this week – 31 degrees on Monday, 11 degrees on Thursday (fortunately both positive).

A very typical Virgilius puzzle of the usual quality – like last Sunday, some trickiness so not quite benevolent – more than the usual number of anagrams, two lurkers, no homophones, and a couple of answers that have appeared in other puzzles very recently.… Continue reading
