This is the first Osmosis puzzle that I’ve had to blog in a long time and I enjoyed it. I made steady progress with only the SW corner causing a temporary halt.

Greetings from a wet and very cool Ottawa. We were having quite a pleasant summer up until a week or two ago, but lately the lovely weather seems to have decided to go elsewhere.
Today’s workout did not work up much of a sweat, but I did find it quite enjoyable while it lasted. It would appear be Mr. Ron in the setter’s seat today as the puzzle bears none of the telltale marks of RayT.

A straightforward but rather good (I thought) puzzle from Shamus today. Apologies for the delay in posting and the lack of multimedia enrichment but work meant I wasn’t able to start until after the usual posting time.

I was held up in the NE corner which I found pretty tricky with two intersecting answers (10a and 7d) which I’d never heard of. Both of these are related to North America and I wonder whether today’s Mr Ron has transatlantic roots. Do let us know how you fared.

Almost a read and write today with a few clues only opening up once checking letters were in. The seven anagrams should assist newcomers to cryptics. Elsewhere we have a fine mix of double definitions, hidden words, charades and all in one clues. The usual paraphernalia associated with that funny little world we inhabit – Crosswordland.
