Today’s website Toughie is the puzzle that was inadvertently printed in some papers a week last Tuesday. The blog for this puzzle can be found here: Toughie 758 (Original Newspaper Version)

If things change, we’ll update you!

UPDATE: The correct Toughie for today (by Ozymandias) can be accessed via the drop-down menu on the website, click on the Toughie link in the left hand column listing all the puzzles and select “Play” then “Print” and you’ll have the puzzle. The techies at Telegraph Towers hope to have the main link corrected shortly.

  1. The Toughie 758 that I downloaded today (and completed after a long struggle), is different from the one reviewed in the above link. How many 758s are there?

  2. Hi Tilsit, Where do I find the blog for today’s printed Toughie 758?
1a Low rugby kick, dislodging head protection (6)
If this clue is typical of Ozymandias, then we are in for some cracking entertainment!

        1. There was a mix-up the other week when the original 758 was published in the paper. The Telegraph Puzzles Editor kindly let us have the puzzle as a freebie, so a new one was published in the paper today and the other should have been scheduled likewise for the website. Unfortunately there was a web schedule error and it was rectified by the TPE as soon as possible.
