I highly recommend this Alchemi crossword too – it took me a Toughie-ish time but I did enjoy it.

A fine fine debut from Alchemi. Many thanks to him/her (anagram of Michael?) for the treat. I will post a review later.

Plenty of scope for a YouTube video in the review!

Thanks to Alchemi for a very pleasant lunchtime diversion. Favourite clues: 6/25a and 17a.

Brill crossword! Where did 3d come from – superb!
Thought 17a might be a bit unfair on younger solvers but I’m old enough to remember Wembley in 1968!
Thanks to Alchemi a great puzzle.

What a fun puzzle — 3d was outstanding both in the anagram and the references. Thanks Alchemi!
